The concept of Park ‘n’ Sell means that the seller of the vehicle, boat, caravan, 4 wheel drive, etc "rents" a space in the yard for $200 per month when sale is completed.

Spaces for Bikes and Quads available at $100 plus GST per month when sale is completed. Costs for larger or smaller items by negotiation.

These costs are payable when the vehicle sells or the month ends, whichever occurs first.
No more waiting at home for a buyer to call, or feeling pressured by an intimidating buyer who turns up at your house or having to organise your time around test drives and waiting for the elusive buyer who fails to show. These are only some of the common pitfalls you may face when trying to sell the vehicle yourself.

Vehicles parked on the side of the road are exposed to vandalism, damage or even theft and the hassles of picking up your vehicle from the roadside can be time consuming and frustrating especially if your car is parked on a main road during rush hour traffic.
